Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, requests will no longer be accepted. However, the order may be returned for a full refund once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards ( VISA, Mastercard, AMEX ) and payments via PayPal .
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and sales, processing may take longer.
- We process orders Monday through Friday .
- Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of placing the order and shipped the next day.
- We do not ship orders on weekends.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Due to high demand, orders may arrive in 2-4 weeks .
What do I do if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund .
Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
Prices displayed on the site are exclusive of taxes , which means that you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes once your order reaches its final destination. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer. Zarafiro does not cover these costs and is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures. How can I return a product?
- Contact us – Send an email to info@zarafiro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation – You will receive return instructions from our team.
- Ship the product – Send the product in its original packaging and in good condition. Return costs are borne by the customer.
- Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.
